After dark, you can lie on your own grassy lawn and gaze up at the glittering, star-filled night sky for which Maui is renowned. Seasonally, the array of shooting stars visible is particularly impressive. G102 offers an excellent vacation spot for amateur astronomers.

An assortment of teak outdoor living furniture makes it easy to sun and relax in your own hideaway - day and night. The oversized wrap-around indoor and outdoor patio is a special feature of G102. The great room flows directly outdoors to a covered patio for outdoor living without being exposed to the sun, and the Viking BBQ and bar fridge complete the outdoor kitchen. A large teak table set under roof in the garden is ready for family meals. Radiant natural sunlight flows through all of the rooms via the floor to ceiling glass doors and abundant windows. Solid glass and screen doors smoothly retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. For cooling comfort, switch on the central air conditioning with individual room controls. A unique feature of G102 is the expansive rich green grass lawn and the surrounding border of colorful and delicate hibiscus flowers that are native to the tropics. The pretty yellow and orange flowers serve as the inspiration for the color scheme of the great room and for the villa name.

G102 has easy walk-in access. There's no need to ride an elevator - just walk straight in from the parking area or from the garden. This villa is uniquely convenient to Wailea Beach and the adult or family pool. Situated in the center of the resort, you may easily travel down to the beach or up to the fitness center and family pool.

Floral Gardens Villa is the perfect combination of modern living in the midst of tropical splendor, and is one of the only villas decorated in a unique Asian/vintage style with Chinese antique lacquer furniture, vintage film posters and lux contemporary touches such as Italian leather sofas.

Our favorite features of G102 are the surrounding greenery, mural sized vintage art, Peter Lik photographs, the Espresso machine, multiple iPod docks, the cool travertine flooring, lofty ceilings, warm mahogany wood trim, colorful marble counters, soft all-cotton high thread count bed linens, and the fully equipped office nook.

The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies, including Cuisinart small appliances, dual coffee makers and a Breville Die-Cast Capucino Espresso maker. In the kitchen there is a Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ice maker, two refrigerated beverage drawers, Gaggenau stainless steel five burner cook top, Thermador convection and microwave oven, Bosch electronic dishwasher, wine fridge, private outdoor terrace with Viking grill and rotisserie, and another beverage fridge.

There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. Housekeeping Services Provided

Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate.

Beach & Ocean Access

Exit your villa and walk straight downhill to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach and the Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.

Pool

The Floral Gardens Villa is located just a short stroll from the adult pool and a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa, which are exclusive to the Wailea Beach Villas. A second pool and whirlpool spa for families, as well as an extensive gym and fitness center are conveniently located below the "Penthouse" building, which is also nearby. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services.

Outdoor Spa

There are two open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds.

Air Conditioning

All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.

BBQ

The Floral Gardens Villa has it's own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outdoors on the spacious private garden terrace. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located next to the grill.

Entertainment

Each bedroom at The Floral Gardens Villa are individually equipped with HD cable service, Large HD TV, iPod Docks. The Great Room has a brand new 55" Samsung Ultra-Thin HD TV, iPod dock, HD Cable service.

Dining

A very pretty wooden dining table defines the Great Room. This seats six guests for candle-light indoor dining. A separate granite breakfast bar/counter in the kitchen seats 5 persons. An over sized rectangle teak table seats six guests on a very nice shaded outdoor dining terrace. Additional chairs with a side table, and reclining chaise lounge chairs provide options for sunning and relaxing.

Decor and furniture may vary from what you see on-line in the great room, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom, and to a lesser extent in the primary bedroom. Changes in decor and furniture (all upgrades and updates!) do not alter or negate a rental agreement.

Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, maintenance projects and/or fireworks celebrations.
Supervision of children is required at all times when renting villas with private plunge pools.
The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only. On-site maintenance for the cold splash plunge pool is performed weekly.
Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

Notice: Wailea Beach Villas Lower Lobby Improvements Project continues with the completion date extended to Dec. 23, 2024.

The resort's lower lobby lanai, located adjacent to the “family pool” and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may heard near the site when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m.

The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included: Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include: Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include: In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Standard Policies: Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy: REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED.
