This beautifully decorated spacious residence has three well appointed bedrooms, each with full baths, as well as a fourth sleeping space situated off the great room, in a convenient enclosed den/alcove bedroom. Within the den/alcove bedroom is a brand new king bed (not a sofa bed!), side chairs, a dresser, large flat panel television with digital cable box and an assortment of convenient office supplies including a printer/fax. It has a beautiful mountain view and is enclosed with shoji sliding doors.

Some of our favorite features of K408 include the 64 inch great room TV with HD DVR, baby grand piano, deep soaking tub, glass blocked encircled master bath shower, elongated plush living room sofas, rounded dining table, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, oversized floor plan, granite and Mahogany finishes, all cotton bath and bed linens, down duvets, eastern king beds, and large flat panel televisions with premium channels. The baby grand piano is kept finely tuned. The kitchen is airy and bright and it has a small walk-out terrace with sliding doors that may be opened for fresh air and a full view of Haleakala Mountain. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate.

Reservations with inclusive housekeeping receive the following assistance per housekeeping service:

Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience

Beach & Ocean Access

Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.

Pool

Mer Et Soleil is four floors directly above the family pool, hot tub spa and Fitness Center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.

There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.

Air Conditioning

All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.

BBQ

Mer Et Soleil Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious private ocean view terrace.

Entertainment

The Great Room is equipped with an iPod dock, CD Stereo, HD DVR digital cable box and 64" Sony HD Flat Panel Television. The Great Room and all bedrooms have a digital HD cable box and flat panel television with premium movie and music channels with HBO and ShowTime for extensive viewing options. The Ocean master and Living Room also have both BluRay and a NetFlix account.

Dining

There is a circular indoor dining table which seats six guests and two bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is comfortable dining space on the lovely ocean view outdoor private terrace for six guests.

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building". Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds from the family pool. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation.
Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
The AOAO/HOA has implemented a policy that restricts access to chaise lounges at each of the two pools during peak season, at it’s discretion, to a maximum of six persons per villa.
Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.
Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.

Notice: Wailea Beach Villas Lower Lobby Improvements Project continues with the completion date extended to Dec. 23, 2024.

The resort's lower lobby lanai, located adjacent to the “family pool” and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may heard near the site when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
