A visit to the Serenity House grants you the privilege of soaking in your very own private plunge pool, followed by a refreshing shower in the privacy-walled outdoor garden grotto. This extraordinary villa has a fabulous partial ocean view and is surrounded by lush lawns and gardens. Experience more than 3,500 square feet of comfortable yet luxurious and romantic living space. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately. For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate. | Pool | Serenity House Pool Villa is located just a short stroll from the adult pool and a natural freeform lava rock encircled whirlpool spa, which are exclusive to the Wailea Beach Villas. A second pool and whirlpool spa for families, as well as an extensive gym and fitness center are conveniently located below the "Penthouse" building, which is also nearby. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. The plunge pool at D102 is not heated. | Air Conditioning | All rooms have central air conditioning. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. The resort's lower lobby lanai, located adjacent to the “family pool” and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may heard near the site when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m. Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately. The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied. |
