Wailea Seashore Suite K507 (2 bedrooms plus additional sleeping area that can be closed off and 2 bathrooms), is set on the top (5th) floor at the beachfront Wailea Beach Villas Resort on Maui Island. K507 was just beautifully redecorated after it was purchased by new owners. The two king size master bedroom suites have gorgeous rich chocolate brown bamboo wood floors with colorful pure New Zealand wool area rugs made exclusively for the Hawai'i market. The den bedroom located off the great room is now fully enclosed with sliding teak panels with woven Japanese grass inlay. There are custom cabinets on both sides of the den queen bed along with a a custom teak desk and side chair. Large sliding panels, inset into the window that opens towards the living room slide open, allowing for a full panoramic ocean view from the queen bed in the den bedroom. Sliding panels also pocket into solid walls on the kitchen side of the room, for a clean and elegant look. Vintage mid-century modern furnishings and glass art and ceramics, along with other one-of-a-kind curated decor items were imported from the U.S. mainland, and they are combined in K507 with comfortable chenille sofas, leather seating, and koa framed art, and other exotic touches such as the sea shell adorned master bedroom mirror. We also added fresh live green plants in all rooms - no plastic plants or flowers here. K507 has two bedrooms with a California king and a regular king bed, as well as a separate den room with a queen bed that is located off the great room. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately. For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the great room doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with all-new whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded. |

The resort's lower lobby lanai, located adjacent to the “family pool” and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may heard near the site when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m. Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent.
